With more than 20 years of experience, Jeroni specialises in company law, sale and purchase of companies, shareholders’ agreements, commercial and ICT contracts, corporate governance and insolvency law, with tax knowledge related to the aforementioned areas of expertise.
He has participated in takeovers, divestments and restructurings in the hotel, ICT and waste sectors, among others.
He worked for more than 10 years in international law firms (EY and Cuatrecasas) before founding his own law firm (Trivium Abogados) with former colleagues.
In 2021, as a result of Emilio Nadal’s return to the external law practice, he decided to start this new adventure with him, which is Nadal Beltran Abogados.
Jeroni holds a Law Degree from the University of Deusto – specialising in legal-economic law – and a Master’s Degree in Law (specialising in Business Law) from ISDE (1997-1998).
