commercial and ICT contracts, corporate governance and insolvency law, with tax knowledge related to the aforementioned areas of expertise.<br \/>\nHe has participated in takeovers, divestments and restructurings in the hotel, ICT and waste sectors, among others.<br \/>\nHe worked for more than 10 years in international law firms (EY and Cuatrecasas) before founding his own law firm (Trivium Abogados) with former colleagues.<br \/>\nIn 2021, as a result of Emilio Nadal&#8217;s return to the external law practice, he decided to start this new adventure with him, which is Nadal Beltran Abogados.<br \/>\nJeroni holds a Law Degree from the University of Deusto &#8211; specialising in legal-economic law &#8211; and a Master&#8217;s Degree in Law (specialising in Business Law) from ISDE
